Kallkeyy shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer.
We reserve the right to cancel orders that contain incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent information.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Order Processing

Orders are processed through our internal operations team and trusted courier partners.
Processing times may vary during launches, sales, holidays, or high-demand periods.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines displayed at checkout are estimates only.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on location, courier performance, weather conditions, public holidays, and operational circumstances.

Shipping Delays

Kallkeyy shall not be liable for delays resulting from:

Courier partner backlogs
Customs clearance procedures
Natural disasters or severe weather
Government actions or restrictions
Labor strikes
Force majeure events
Any circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order requires re-dispatch due to incorrect information, refusal of delivery, or customer unavailability.

Damaged Shipments

Customers must report damaged, tampered, or incomplete shipments within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for investigation.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Return Window

Returns and exchanges may be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Requests submitted after this period may be rejected.

Return Eligibility

Returned items must:

Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
Be free from stains, odors, damage, or alterations.
Include all original tags.
Be returned in the original packaging with nothing missing, including:

- Complimentary items received with the order

Kallkeyy reserves the right to reject returns that fail inspection.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available only for orders paid through eligible online payment methods, including:

Credit Cards
Debit Cards
Net Banking
Bank Transfers
Other approved digital payment methods

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

Cash on Delivery Orders

Cash refunds are not available for Cash on Delivery (COD) purchases.
COD orders are eligible only for exchanges, subject to availability and inspection approval.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, store credit or an alternative exchange option may be offered at Kallkeyy's discretion.
