Refund policy

Due to the limited and exclusive nature of our streetwear collection drops (including ASTITVA ACT-I and ACT-II), all purchases are subject to the following Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy.

Return Window

• Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• Return requests submitted after the 7-day period will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must:

• Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.

• Be free from stains, odors, damage, or alterations.

• Have all original tags attached.

• Be returned in its original packaging, with nothing missing, including:

  • Product tags

  • Protective covers/sleeves

  • Packaging materials provided with the order

  • Any complimentary items included with the shipment

We reserve the right to deny a return, refund, or exchange if the merchandise does not meet our quality standards upon inspection.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only available for orders paid through online payment methods, including but not limited to:

• UPI

• Debit Cards

• Credit Cards

• Net Banking

• Bank Transfers

• Other digital payment gateways

Once the returned item has been received and approved after inspection, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• Cash refunds are not available for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

• Customers who placed a COD order are eligible only for an exchange, subject to product availability and compliance with the return eligibility requirements stated above.

Exchanges

• Exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery.

• Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

• If the requested size or product is unavailable, store credit or an alternative exchange option may be offered at our discretion.

Final Decision

Kallkeyy reserves the right to make the final decision regarding all return, refund, and exchange requests after inspection of the returned merchandise.
